We exist to create space for thoughtful dialogue, meaningful relationships, and perspectives that help people grow not just professionally, but personally. At its core, NextKC is about people. The conversations they have. The relationships they build. And the impact those connections can have over time.
Why NextKC Exists
Kansas City is filled with talented, driven professionals across industries. What’s often missing is a place where those individuals can connect intentionally, beyond surface-level networking.
NextKC was built to fill that gap.
Rather than focusing on scale or volume, we focus on quality. We believe the strongest communities are built when people feel comfortable showing up as themselves, engaging in honest conversation, and learning from others with different experiences and perspectives.

An Intentional Community by Design
NextKC is not meant to be the largest group in the room. It’s meant to be the right one.
To preserve the quality of conversation and connection, membership will be intentionally capped at 50 members beginning in 2026. This allows us to maintain a close-knit environment where relationships can develop naturally and everyone has a seat at the table.
